I built these tools because I needed them
When I set up my cake business, I wasn’t naturally organised. I’m not going to pretend otherwise. But I knew that if I wanted to operate as a high-end business — if I wanted clients to take me seriously, pay my prices, and stop wasting my time — I needed to look and act like one from the very start.
So I built an enquiry form that did the heavy lifting for me. It asked the right questions, gently surfaced my pricing, and filtered out the tyre-kickers before I'd spent a second on them. And then I realised the reply I was sending was doing the same job — educating, professionalising, answering the questions people were too polite to ask.
Together, these two things changed how potential clients experienced me.
